Initiate Your Request
Log into your Hobby Zone account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn, unwashed garments with original tags still attached back into their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
